Randomly when souls ask about Healing Truth Center and my background, I might get a hesistant look followed by the question "So you are into Scientology?" Then I take a deep breath (because I do not want to come across harsh or defensive when I say, Oh NO! Absolutely not! What would make you think that?) :) Let me simply say, God bless the scientoligists for their tremendous marketing and public relations efforts. I trust and pray that there is some good in the organization and their belief system. But no, I am not a scientologist, nor do I have any interest, training or affiliation with scientology. I am an ordained Christian Minister who believes that there is only God. God is everywhere, in all, as all, for all and with all. The fancy word to summarize that there is only God and God is everywhere... is "omnipresence." This belief is the hallmark of a Christian denomination called "Divine Science." I suspect that for souls who are not familiar with the term or Christian denomination of "Divine Science" they are simply without a reference point to understand it. They realize that it is some type of religious or spiritual science, and likely assume an association with the currently more popular Scientology. So I do not get offended or even discouraged, because there is now an opportunity for dialogue and education. It is important to know that Healing Truth Center is founded upon the belief of omnipresence, as well as the potential in spiritual healing and individualized spiritual living. There is to be no judgement or preaching regarding how anyone is to live spiritually. We encourage spiritual living in completely individualized ways. Meaning, that in truly embracing omnipresence, we believe there is God/Good in all traditions and belief systems. My personal journey has exposed me to a host of resources related to mental health, spiritual healing and spiritual living. On this site I will present resources that are both healing and inspiring, and span the fields of psychology, health and wellness, healing, spirituality and religion. I encourage others to join in the sharing of resources. May we serve to support ourselves and others on their journey of spiritual discovery and healing.
