What is it that you want to see, be, and achieve in this life? It is no secret that the individuals who know exactly what they want and go after it are more likely to succeed in achieving the life experiences they envision. The question then becomes: Do you know what it is that you want to see, be and achieve in this life? Do you have a vision – a clear picture in your mind of you deepest desires? What will it take for you to truly be completely happy in every aspect of your life? What doth hinder you?
How does one gain clarity, insight, confidence, complete happiness and committed action to be/achieve what they envision?
1. Prayer and Meditation
“Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all these things shall be added unto you.” Prayer is our devotional activity when we give thanks and praise to the “I AM that I AM” of which Moses speaks. We silently or audibly speak forth our thoughts of unity, our Divine heritage and sonship of God. We give voice to affirmations of that which is God/Good, and voice denials of that which appears contrary to the Divine Plan such as error, sickness, and death. Our prayers lift us up and become a way of life such that our every thought, word, and deed is a bold statement of who and what we are: Divine creations of the Most High. In so doing our lives are a prayer – a prayer without ceasing. In meditation deep we rest in quiet contemplation of the Presence of God in us, as us, and for us. We align ourselves… mind, body, and spirit with the Presence, the Divine Spark within us. When aligned, we rest in the kingdom of heaven and literally all the blessings and promises of good things being added to us are continually fulfilled.
“Ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free.” A firm conviction in the Truth: there is only God/Good, One Presence, One Power, One Knowledge… will set one’s life and affairs in Divine Order. “It is done unto you as you believe.” Therefore, we believe firmly and wholeheartedly that God is acting in our lives, that God reigns over every aspect of our beings and world, and that God in us knows exactly what to do in every situation. We know that only Good can come to us and from us and “no evil shall come nigh our dwelling.” Dana Gatlin in God is the Answer, puts it nicely: God is! God Can! And God will! As for me, when facing challenging situations I decree: “God is here! God’s got my back! God is on the case! Oh yes, God is working it out and shows me EXACTLY what to do!”
3. Right Action
Just remember BE~LOVED that we are the body (the hands, fingers, feet and toes) of God and we have to do our part in the Divine Plan, too. Prayer and meditation are our tools to grow in faith, cultivate wisdom and discernment, balance our emotions, and motivate us to Right Action. Only we can choose exactly what action we take at any given moment. Let us make wise choices and Right Actions as exemplars of that which is God/Good ALWAYS and in ALL WAYS.
